MEET THE TEAM

melissa floyd

Melissa Floyd is a proud Pensacola local who began her career in title as a Processor in 2016. Eager to learn, she quickly became a closing agent and trainer for new employees. After high school, Melissa enrolled at Pensacola State College where she earned her Associates Degree in General Studies. She then went on to study Sociology at Nova Southeastern University. 


Melissa enjoys spending time with her two young children, Sia and Zaiden, and the family dog, Zeus, as well as her extremely large extended family.



Along with her title experience, Pensacola roots and family values, Melissa also brings with her a background in finance. She is a wonderful managing member within the PHT family and we are proud to have her. 


brian johnson

Although Brian K Johnson is not a native Floridian, but he has lived in Pensacola since 1968. Brian K Johnson has been married for 12 years and has 3 children. He is a graduate of Pensacola Catholic High School and Pensacola State College.


Brian has lived and worked in the community since he was 15 years old. His first job was bagging groceries at an IGA grocery store on Davis Hwy (currently Home Depot location). He spent 12 years with Lakeview Center and 14 years with Bellsouth/AT&T.



Brian founded a non-profit, Power Employment Group, Inc in 2015 and currently serves as the Executive Director. This non-profit promotes and advocates for employment on behalf of individuals with disabilities in Pensacola and surrounding areas. Brian is also a licensed real estate agent in Florida and has been since 2012.


CICELY FORD

 Being a native of the Pensacola area, Cicely takes great pride in her community, and is so excited to be turning that community focus now toward real estate.


With a passion for service, Cicely is ready to help with your residential real estate closings and your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member and an active member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors and National Association of REALTORS®, Cicely carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. Not to mention, Cicely was one of the Realtors of the month in October and November of 2020 for Coldwell Banker’s Pensacola Beach office. 


When Cicely isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she’s busy being mommy to her beautiful baby girl who is in love with animals, particularly puppies and giraffes – but also enjoying all that the beautiful city of Pensacola has to offer – from the great people and culture, to the magnificent food.
